Registration begins at 10 AM, where attendees receive name tags and decide if they choose to fill out a card for leading a hymn. The morning session of singing starts at 10:30 AM, which runs until 11:50 AM, where announcements about upcoming Gospel music school sessions will be given. Lunch is provided from 12 PM to 1 PM, which will consist of catered lunch platters and locally made deserts. The afternoon session of singing resumes at 1 PM, which goes until 3 PM. Chief sponsors of this event are the Jeffress/Phillips Music Company, the Cumberland Valley Music Company, the Leoma Music Company, the 7-Shape Music Company, and the Byrdhouse Music Company, all of whom will be providing their new 2023 hymn books to be used for the singing.
