Join the Kinston Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, INC for a special screening of the award-winning documentary Freedom Hill by Kinston alum Resita Cox. The evening will commence with a screening of Freedom Hill, a documentary exploring the environmental racism washing away Eastern North Carolina, through the lens of Princeville, NC, the first town chartered by Black Americans in the country. The screening will be followed by an intimate q&a with film characters and director/producer, Resita Cox. This event is FREE and family-friendly. View trailer here.
