We are bringing together 2 giants in the Butte County Reggae Community. Dylan's Dharma & Mystic Roots!! Mystic Roots: Mystic Roots Band (MRB) is a Chico, CA born, 5-piece pop reggae fusion band. With two feet solidly in reggae, the band seamlessly juggles elements of dancehall, Hip-Hop, EDM, pop, and a taste of rock. The band is always on the move, accepting choice offers to play renowned music festivals and notable shows, playing support to artists such as Ziggy Marley, Michael Franti, Blink 182, Magic! Violent Femmes, 311, Matisyahu, Slightly Stoopid, Rebelution, Tribal Seeds, and more. Relentless touring and an exciting stage show have garnered a fan base from the West Coast to the Far East, from So Cal to Singapore. The band has completed several successful tours in Asia, rocking crowds in Japan, South Korea, Guam, and are getting ready to embark on a tour through Europe this December, stopping in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece through the “Armed Forces Entertainment” program. Dylan's Dharma: Dylan's Dharma is a band that started as kids on the mountain, Butte Creek Canyon to be exact. Their sound ranges from rock to reggae. DD has been playing shows for over a decade and most recently finished an album with Inter-National Regge Band, Black Uhuru. Needless to say, the success of these two Butte County Reggae bands has been astronomical. So for the first time at the Tackle Box, you get to see them both in one night. Starting with Dylan's Dharma around 9pm. Tickets are just $10 in advance, $15 at the door. Must be 21 + to attend Refund Policy: We’ve been very generous with refunds. Most venues refuse to at all. We only be honoring refunds requested up to 2 days before the show. No refunds will be honored in the last 48 hours.
