Discovering your inner world –An introduction utilizing parts work in the natural world.
This 3 hour group is designed for those wanting to try a unique type of self-introspection and discovery. Guides will introduce the idea of parts work and give prompts to the group. Participants will then engage in individual time out in nature and group discussion.
Parts work is an umbrella term which can include theories such as the most familiar IFS (Internal Family Systems) created by Richard Schwartz. This group is only an introduction to learning about the idea of parts work, helping participants begin identifying parts, and utilizing exercises out in nature to enhance the experience. At the end of the group, referrals and options for continued therapeutic work will be offered.
