Hello fellow BRBA members,   Our April meeting will be in-person at the Animal Science Building on the MU campus. Sunday, April 16th at 3:00 pm (doors open at 2:30PM).   Bob Brammer & Jack Mott, beekeepers from northern Missouri, will give a presentation on feral bee populations in Missouri. Bob began keeping bees in the mid 1970s. He has been a member and served on the Missouri State Beekeepers Association and BRBA since the 1970s. His roles included MSBA Northeast Director, BRBA Vice President. In 2013, he was a founding member and Director of North Central Missouri Beekeepers. Jack started beekeeping in 2014 after attending a BRBA beginning class. Jack and Bob have been capturing bees together since 2014. Bring your swarm catching equipment for a show and tell during the meeting! Additionally we will discuss What's happening with your hives.  What beekeepers should be doing with their colonies or other activities in spring.
