We give our power away, lack a sense of self-trust, and express only what is acceptable blocking our creativity and intuition from flowing freely. Join Saba and Joel on Friday April 14th for an unforgettable euphoric journey into the deepest realms of your soul. Using group activities, ecstatic dance, and music we’ll be dropping the struggle to see ourselves for who we really are. We will journey through movement and a live-curated mix of tribal house music to remember our most authentically expressed selves. We will practice ecstatic dance and intuitive free-flow movement. Expect to drop into your body allowing the music and your intuition to be your guide.
