The Built To Breathe team will guide you through an experience for your mind, body and spirit. We will go through a dynamic yoga flow, led by Anna Roesner around the poolside, followed by a guided Breathwork session IN THE POOL surrounded by Sip 'N Bloom blooms, led by Harrison Klein.
The yoga class will include high vibrational music, uninterrupted silence for you to connect to yourself, creative sequences that keep you on your toes (or hands), and yogic philosophy to take the practice off your mat.
The breathwork session will be in the indoor pool and will consist of vibey music, guided breathwork sequences and meditation components to really purify your spirit. The pool is depth goes up to 3 ft 6 in height so you will be able to stand in the water, and we will also be doing some floating breath holds (under water if you want to!). Don't worry, this experience will not be extreme or intense breathing, but rather breathwork to connect you to deeper layers of yourself and find deep relaxation within. No prior experience is necessary.
+Towels and hydration station with infused fruit waters will be provided by Four Seasons
+Post experience guests are welcome to utilize thermal amenities: sauna, steam room, and hot tub until 9pm (spa close).
+Parking: street meter parking available and Four Seasons valet parking for event guests for $15
What to wear:
+Clothes to move in and/or swimming suit for in the pool. Wear what will be comfortable and easy to transition for the experience.
