This seminar will help to educate and inform current and future school board members about the roots of CRT, LGBTQ theory, and DEI, and discuss the need for academic diversity. Participants will be equipped with an understanding of how to formulate effective strategies to develop policy to deal with these issues in an intelligent, informed manner.
