This class will include a gentle warm-up and sequences for all levels as part of a feel-good yoga flow. The class will culminate with a cool down and end with a calm and restoring savasana. This class is a great way to take care of yourself!
Enjoy some time on your mat in a supportive community after a busy day or week. A yoga mat and props will be provided. Bring yourself a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes to move in.
Lara Mueller has been teaching yoga since 2011 in different settings that include: fitness centers, studios, corporate settings, as well as virtually. Lara enjoys creating a calm and supportive environment for anyone to begin or expand their yoga practice. Lara holds a Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200) yoga certification and Group Fitness and Wellness Coach Certifications from NETA. She is currently working on her 300-hour YTT. Lara enjoys spending time with her dog, Elsie, who is an expert at downward dog in the mornings!
