This course is for men that desire to have the ability to DEFEND and end a confrontation swiftly, and without any respect for the threat. Be the Protector your love ones need and deserve. You will learn how to Protect and Defend yourself and your loved ones. This course does have a 3rd party protection aspect along with Krav Maga fundamentals, striking and defenses. You will train and fight through scenario based situations. This course is as real as it gets without an actual threat, to raise your adrenaline and let your mind and body experience experience this reality.
