Calling all cyclists! 🚴♀️🚴♂️ Join us this Monday, April 10th at 6 pm for a free, all-levels introduction to Yin Yoga. This calm, static practice is the perfect complement to your cycling routine, targeting tendons and ligaments (rather than muscles) for a deeper stretch and improved flexibility. 🙏
We'll be holding poses on the floor (or chair) for 3-5 minutes while using breath for focus - perfect for boosting your hill climbing mojo! All you need is a mat, water, and a towel, but feel free to bring your own blocks, straps, blanket, or bolster for added support. Your body will thank you! 💪
