We will meet biweekly at New Life's Boutique Studio, we will learn some choreo (hip hop, afro beats, tik tok dance, or whatever is in Jay's heart); then we slide into the Yoga postures (not gracefully but we get there). You're welcome to bring yo friends, friend friends, kids, or framily. All are welcome!
