Chef A. Santiago continues his 2023 Chef's Dinner series with a carefully curated menu of signature dishes. Guests will be treated to ten courses, each designed to embrace seasonal ingredients. The ten-course tasting menu includes passed hors d'oeuvres, community dishes, multiple appetizers and main courses, a palate cleanser, and concludes with Chef's specialty dessert course.
Ticket price is inclusive of gratuity, welcome cocktail, and drink pairings to select courses.
Cancellation Policy
All ingredients are regionally curated, and dishes are made to order. Due to the specialty nature of the meal, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
Chef's Dinner Menu
A preview of May's menu will be posted on Vault 634's website in the coming days.
Guests will be greeted with a complimentary cocktail. A full cash bar will be available throughout the event.
Event Seating
Chef Santiago's Dinner Series is a Community Table event; guests are encouraged to socialize with their party and others while enjoying unique and fantastic dishes.

Parking
Complimentary parking will be provided to Chef's Dinner guests in a nearby gated lot. Details and parking gate code will be emailed to registered attendees two days before the Chef's Dinner.
