A special class hosted the very special lululemon Traverse City's Store Ambassador, Leslie Simionescu! This yoga class will focus on taking your mind through a guided meditation while incorporating a gentle yoga practice featuring a light flow. This class will be restorative and inclusive to all fitness levels and all props for class will be provided or you are welcome to bring your own (yoga mat and blocks). Following class, there will be smoothies provided by Zest Plant Based Kitchen on East Front St.
