You’ll leave the class with a booklet of all the seams and finishes you’ve learned, and with a better understanding of pattern reading and terminology. Basic sewing machine experience is required. Take Intro to Sewing at Factory 3 if you need an intro! SUPPLIES: All fabric will be provided. All tools will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own sewing gauge, ruler, thread cutters, fabric scissors, or chalk. About the instructor: Emily Heath graduated with a degree in fashion design from the University of Alabama, and returned to Maine to open a tailor shop in Auburn.
