Umpqua Valley Farm to School is hosting a community cooking party for Cinco de Mayo at the Rainbow Kitchen in downtown Roseburg. UVF2S president Lucy Valadez and her family will show us how to make a traditional Mexican meal featuring produce from their farm and other local ingredients. Families are welcome!
