Springtime is finally here and that means it's time for Wild Mushroom Foraging. This FREE event is for Beginners who want to learn more about the Native Mushrooms in Oklahoma. Jacob DeVecchio, CEO of Oklahoma Fungi, will be leading the mushroom foray along with the Central Chapter of the Oklahoma Native Plant Society. We will be walking around Bluff Creek Park looking for mushrooms, bracket fungi, lichens, and edible plants. Fungi identification tips and foraging practices will be discussed as well.
