Doors open between 12:45pm-1:00pm and doors will close at 1:00pm. NOTE: There will be no entry after 1:00pm.
What To Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, pillows (atleast two; one for head and one for under knees). Water is provided.
Benefits of Sound Baths: Deepening relaxation, lowers stress and anxiety, improves mood, improves sleep, and much more.
*These monthly sound bath are free, but tips are always welcomed.
