Nurture your inner well-being through a musical rebirth. Jamie Cabaccang, Founder of Techies + Wellness, will guide your experience through a one-of-a-kind crystal alchemy sound bath, along with her Native Hawaiian flute, Shamanic drum, chimes and vocals. This sound bath is happening on Mother’s Day. While this is a day honoring the mother of the family or individual, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds and the influence of mothers in society, we believe it’s also important to honor and celebrate the nurturer within ourselves. We are an inclusive community and welcome all adults. You do not need to be a mother or be in tech to join us. See video from one of our recent sound bath events. Arrive early to check-in and set up your space. We will be starting PROMPTLY at 3:00pm. WHAT IS A SOUND BATH? A Sound Bath is an immersive experience that intentionally uses waves of sound that carries vibration to slow down brainwaves into a restorative state, activating powerful self-healing within the mind, body and spirit. Sound is a universal language with ancient roots in cultures all over the world using sound and music for healing. The sounds during a Sound Bath are an invitation to journey into a deeper state of consciousness as an opportunity to gain perspective on what's going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep relaxation, restoration and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery. WHO IS THIS FOR? WHAT TO BRING: It is necessary to bring a yoga mat, blankets for warmth and pillow for your comfort. Optional: You may also bring a water bottle, sacred object for intention setting and journal.
