It's time for Earth Day celebration! Head to Color Burst Park for an afternoon of face painting, yoga, glitter tattoos, crafts and themed giveaways while our DJ plays dance party tunes all day! Don't forget to bring an old t-shirt to upcycle and create a brand new tie-dye creation with local Columbia shopmaker Roll Over and Dye. Children's Activity Stations will include: Paint Your Own Wind ChimeDecorate Your Own Flower PotColor Your Own Recycling Wheels Tye-dye your T-shirt - bring an old t-shirt to upcycle and tie-dye All unused crafts and materials will be donated to Maryland-based organization SCRAP Creative ReuseChildren's Activations will include: Lawn gamesGlitter tattoos and face painting Reading of The Lorax from the HCLS Pet Rock Adoption CenterTie-dying t-shirts (make sure to bring an old t-shirt to upcycle!) While the little ones are celebrating spring fun, adults are invited to join in a free yoga class led by Yoga Six on the lawn of Color Burst Park starting at 11:00 am. Please fill out this waiver prior to attending. In addition to the celebration, through a partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, we will be giving away handheld trees to the first 100 guests. All activities and giveaways are while supplies last. Restrictions apply.
