This summer, two local small businesses are combining forces to offer the ultimate summer day camp experience in Everett. Get ready for a full day of creative, fun, and energetic activity. Campers will begin their day at Salish Sea Ceramic Studios at 1111 Hewitt Ave in downtown Everett. Through the professional instruction of Rachel Recker and staff, they will complete several fun clay projects, including an introduction to wheel throwing. Staff will lead campers on a short 8 block walk on Hewitt Avenue to the MyMyToyStore campsite at 1814 Hewitt Ave. Campers enjoy a purchased lunch or a BYO lunch before getting ready to fling foam for the afternoon. With multiple camp counselers, Nerfers of any experience level will enjoy upping their foam-flinging game. Campers will improve their proficiency with a wide variety of blasters, learn how to build effective defenses, work as a team to complete objectives, and enjoy playing over 20 different blaster-based game modes. All in the safety of an outdoor, fenced-in field.
