Join us for the first of many in our Lyrical Journey series as we journey through the powerful lyrics in our musical journey. A sacred and judgment-free space for all to co-create and express themselves freely. Join us as we move through a ceremony beginning with some gentle breathwork and then sharing in drinking of cacao to prepare our bodies and our hearts for our dance journey and then closing with a reflective and grounding meditation to pull you back. We are grateful you’ve decided to come share and contribute to this high vibrational space and community with us all. Please bring : - Water bottle - Yoga mat or blanket - A mug - Item(s) to place on altar (optional) Also, we ask that you please arrive free of influence from any mind-altering substances. Try to refrain from eating large meals right before the session, we always provide snacks for after 😊
