Braised Short Rib Ragu Pappardelle: Slow-cooked short rib shredded and mixed with fresh thick pappardelle pasta.
Paired with Dank Pulp Daddy 8% Imperial NEIPA with Terpenes

Black Forest Cake: Rich chocolate sponge with vanilla whipped cream and cherries.
Paired with Helena 10% German-inspired Ale with Cherries
