ServSafe® is a nationally recognized program developed by the National Restaurant Association, that provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to food service managers.
Food Service Managers who need to be a certified food protection manager. The Colorado Retail Food Establishment Rules and Regulations state that “at least one employee with authority to direct and control food preparation and service shall be a food protection manager who has been certified by an accredited program.” This course meets those needs. Class space is limited. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
NOTE: Class will be taught in English. Tests can be taken in English or Spanish.
Cancellation Policy: For full refund, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to class. Requests to reschedule must occur at least 7 days prior to class, otherwise a $15 charge will apply (including no-shows). Class day “no-shows” may reschedule to attend a future class. Requests for cancelling or rescheduling must be made by calling 970-249-3935 and speaking to our team. Voicemails and emails are not sufficient.
