We are proud to present the ACES Networking Luncheon Series presented by Froehling & Robertson and hosted by the Fredericksburg Regional Alliance at the University of Mary Washington. ACES is a networking luncheon series dedicated to connecting professionals between Richmond and DC, from the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE) industries, a sector that is very active in the adoption of Information, Communication and Technology. These luncheons serve as an opportunity for like-minded individuals to collaborate and network while hearing from industry experts, engaging in insightful conversations and enjoying a local dining experience. ACES is not an exclusive group and is open to the public. Luncheons will be buffet-style. Vegetarian options will be available. Guest Speakers: Devin Schuster & Eric Watts, Flint Development Devin Schuster (Founder & Partner): Devin Schuster is the Founder and Partner of Flint Development. Over the course of his career, Devin has secured over $3 billion in development and acquisitions totaling more than 15 million square feet across more than 35 states. Devin has an innate understanding of how to maximize opportunity in real estate and focuses his talents on identifying, acquiring, and managing new investments in development. He has a propensity for creating value-add opportunities through new development, redevelopment, and creative financing solutions. His talents are demonstrated by a proven track record of successful projects, built by creating strategic partnerships and thoughtful deal structures. His industry experience is versed, ranging from new, ground-up development projects to the disposition of stabilized investments across industrial, hospitality, retail, multifamily and mixed-use properties. Eric Watts (Vice President of Development): Eric Watts is an industrial development leader with vast experience across all facets of development including due diligence, entitlement, construction, leasing, and sourcing. He develops high-impact industrial facilities on a speculative and build-to-suit basis; drawing upon 20+ years’ experience to drive financially disciplined investments. Prior to joining Flint Development as Vice President of Development, Eric was the Director of Leasing and Industrial Development at one of the largest privately held developers in the U.S. During his tenure, he secured numerous Fortune 500 deals including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot and Chewy. He was responsible for 30+ developments, accounting for over 20 million sq. ft of class A industrial space and capital investment totaling north of 1.5 billion dollars.
