Train Like An Athlete
The St. James Performance Club employs athletic training, conditioning, and recovery methodologies to help you reach peak performance and achieve sustainable results.
Beginning April 25th, join us each Tuesday for a pop-up Build, Burn, and Recover, group training experience.
This weekly group class will be held outdoors in the Reston Town Center Pavilion and weather dependent.
Members, non-members, and all fitness levels are welcome.
Ages 12+
Remember to bring water.
