We know that springtime in WNY can be a mixed bag - sunny one day, rainy (or snowy) the next. Our April wine class line-up is an ode to the unpredictability of Spring, when we're craving something in-between a hearty red and a crisp white - from French Rosé to Austrian Zweigelt with a little Spanish bubbly mixed in. We're tasting through and chatting about six wines and pairing them with some delicious cheeses.
