We invite you to join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of the PharmD Class of 2023. COVID-19 Safety Guidelines* In order to prioritize the health of our UCSF community and guests, events are required to adhere to the following guidelines: • Non-UCSF guests attending the event are required to take the Campus Guest Screener before entering the building. Ushers will ask to see your proof of passing the screener. • All event attendees will be required to wear a mask while inside the venue and throughout the ceremony. Masks differ in the degree of protection they provide. N95 respirators provide the highest level of protection, followed by K-95, surgical masks, and Cal OSHA-accepted cloth masks. Vaccinations: • UCSF faculty, staff, learners, and vendors must comply with the mandatory UC Vaccination Policy to attend in-person meetings or events. • Unvaccinated guests must follow guidance as outlined in the Campus Guest Screener, which may include showing proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test performed the morning of the event.
