We're bringing a truly unique -yet traditional- Iberian experience to you! Robert Stegall with the Torres Familia will speak to 4 Spanish-style Familia Torres Wines and how they came to be. Stegall will also be joined by a master carver to sample the jamón. Why is jamón so special? In Spain, this cured pork leg is dry-aged for 18 months, and learning the correct way to break it down takes months, if not years to perfect. In addition to fabulous food and wine pairings, we will be joined by Irene Aleman of Kiniria- an independent brand, creating leather bags and accessories that are 100% handcrafted in Spain. These unique bags with be available for purchase. After the show, DJ Mike B will be spinning Spanish beats to keep the night going.
