The Children’s Advocacy Center of Smith County (CACSC) collaborates with Child Protective Investigations (CPI) and law enforcement to provide forensic interviews, medical services, therapy, and support to the entire family. "Compliments of Caroline" was created to honor the memory of our daughter, Caroline Gordon Noteware, who was stillborn on March 6, 2018 at 35 weeks. By raising awareness and providing for needs of East Texas children the beautiful gift of love she brought into this world lives on through your generosity.
