Join us for a special, Sunday afternoon yoga class inside the spectacular new Souk yoga studio!In honor of spring, we're thrilled to partner with Souk studio and MAÄT for a special yoga class for all ages and abilities. Class is SPACE LIMITED and RSVP is required. Join us to celebrate spring in this awesome new venue! MAÄT is a female-founded and run, New York-based activewear brand that creates fashion-forward, problem-solving apparel that remove the obstacles to reaching your highest potential. Their debut product, the MAÄT 1.0 Legging, is a patented performance legging with revolutionary built in knee pad. SOUK is a contemporary yoga studio designed to create connections by coming together in the practice of yoga, storytelling, music and sweat. We host an incredible group of teachers from around the world representing the most significant lineages of yoga. Our classes are accessible to all levels of practitioners and draw from ancient teachings as they pragmatically relate to the times we live in. Rima’s vision for Souk is a multi-faceted gathering of practitioners coming to their mats with the willingness to paint the first brushstroke of confidence on a white canvas, the future of yoga in New York City. Adrienne Burke is a long-time yoga and meditation practitioner, and an esteemed teacher known as a "teacher’s teacher". She has led, created, and co-directed advanced teacher training programs and certifications for over 25 years. Adrienne is known for her graceful, knowledgeable and accessible style. She has designed individual and group programs for specialized needs including, but not limited to: corporations, seniors, children, teens, prenatal, and students with anxiety disorders, headaches, insomnia, addiction, chronic conditions or illness.
