Parking is available in Municipal Lot #7 across the street. Access to the Lot #7 is on East 7th Street and through the long driveway on Park. The Union County COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) will be hosting an in-person enrollment event for Union County Residents to apply for RENT & UTILITY ASSISTANCE ! If you are a Union County resident, you may be eligible to receive assistance through Union County ERAP. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Must reside within Union County, NJMust be an adult listed on your signed lease agreementThe place of residence must be a rental property: apartment, single/multi-family, or mobile homeHousehold must have experienced a loss of income/financial hardship directly or indirectly due to COVID-19BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS: Photo IDSocial Security Number, Passport Number, or Consulate ID Number for each household memberA copy of your current FULL signed lease agreement (must live within the Union County limits)A copy of your current/past due rent and/or utility billProof of Current Income (at least one (1) month of recent paystubs, a letter from employer, recent unemployment award letter, 2020 /2021 Tax Return, etc.)Applicants may be ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO 18 MONTHS OF ASSISTANCE! If you have previously applied and received 18 months of assistance, you ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for additional funding. Each registered attendee's application status is verified.
