This class will incorporate different types of yoga movements with meditation and pranayama (breathwork).
My mission is to empower people and promote wellbeing by providing a nurturing environment to feel and connect their mind, body, and breath.
Yoga is the practice of embodiment, of fully inhabiting the body, and integrating experience of moving more towards the present moment, and less towards habitual patterns of the mind and body. It allows us the opportunity to become rooted, manage our mind amidst of chaos, and empowers us to find out purpose. The pratice will move us into a more quiet mind, an open heart, and cultivates awareness, comfort, and expression.
