"The Fairytale Project” was created by Stacey Allen in order to showcase to families and children in the United States’ most diverse city, Houston, stories about themselves. As a continuation of this mission- Discovery Green and Nia’s Daughters Movement Collective collaborate again to present “Shorts in Color”. “Shorts in Color” showcases a curated selection of diverse local filmmakers and creatives who create positive and empowering work for families to enjoy. “Shorts in Color” will feature a very special presentation by Mommy and Me: The Listers, the mother-daughter trio YouTubers showing the diversity in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Have you ever heard of a STEMagician?! Join us to find out what Science, Engineering, Technology and Math have to do with magic! Bring the family to the first ever STEM Magic Show For an idea of what our out of this world experiments are, check out Mommy and Me: The Listers on YouTube! Come join the learning fun, kicked off with music and more as we explore the Magic of Music, The Science of Sound and the Catalysts of Chemistry! Families of all sizes and ages are welcomed to this FREE event!
