Description

Despite an increased focus on diversity, equity and inclusion within companies, multiple research shows that the experiences of women and other minorities have not improved in the last few years, and they’re more likely to experience micro aggressions. One barrier on the path towards progress may be that individual employees are underestimating their own power when it comes to creating real culture change. This may be because workers may not identify these micro aggressions and have no idea on the action steps to take to bring an impact. Overall, people by and large have good intentions, but employees don't know what to do. Join us for a candid discussion, led by Alexandra Rose, Government Partnerships Lead at Secureworks on how to be your authentic self and build impactful allyship at work.
