Omar Shakir, the Human Rights Watch Director of Israel/Palestine, and Michael Lynk, the former UN Special Rapporteur to the Occupied Palestinian Territories and associate professor at the University of Western Ontario. Discussion will be moderated and include the topics of apartheid and human rights in Palestine, water apartheid and water injustice in Palestine, and international community and institutional responsibility!
