Everyone deserves to feel a deep connection to nature and all the healing it can provide. Each person will get something different from the experience & exactly what is needed in this time and place. Please bring a yoga mat/blanket/pillows for your comfort on the cement floor if you choose to lay down. Chair seating is available, If you need a recliner chair please text Kat Styrcula at 520-661-0971 before Noon that day only if you are truly going to attend. You may also want to wear heavy socks or slippers as the floor is still cold. Always wear loose comfortable clothing. Prepayment is recommended to make the experience go smoothly and guarantee admittance.
