We are back and excited for SoFloCommunityBookClub Yoga Day! As we continue to support mental wellness, this month we will focus our attention on men's mental health. We are hosting our second yoga day: "Men love yoga too!" edition on April 16th, 2023 at 3:30pm-5:30pm sharp. Graced with our male yoga instructor Ben-Oni, our community will learn to harness some key pillars of yoga to assist with mental health. This event is open to the community, everyone is welcomed to join. Of course there will be refreshments and delicious bites, some music and great vibrations. Join us at Welleby park indoor community room. Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. We look forward to you just being and yoga-ing!
