EmpowHer is an exciting event designed exclusively for middle school-aged girls to help them feel empowered and confident through yoga, strength training, and running. The event is geared towards girls who are looking to improve their physical and mental health, and gain the confidence and strength to take on any challenge. It's more than just a fun day out - it's an opportunity for girls to build strength, confidence, and resilience, while making new friends and learning from inspiring women entrepreneurs. By the end of the day, girls will feel empowered and ready to take on any challenge that comes their way. We will start at Running Lab for a good form running class, run to Apex Physical Therapy for strength training, run to Brighton Yoga Center for yoga, and finally return to Running Lab for pick up. Snacks and water will be provided. Come dressed to move your body.
