Brevard County's Lagoon Loyal storm water education program is giving 40 Rain barrels for free with the attendance to the rain barrel workshop at 1:00pm - 1:30pm. The Workshop is part of the City of Cocoa Arbor Day Celebration which goes from 10:00pm to 2:00pm. Rain barrels are great for the environment because it saves water and for your garden. One barrel per household.
