In February, LDSPs all completed the ODP Community Participation Supports Training. In this mandatory in person work shop, we are going to provide you the tools necessary to incorporate CPS into your day to day work at KenCrest. The Meaningful Day Team believes in working smarter- not harder. In this workshop we will provide you the following to make Meaningful Day part of your Every Day.. without you having to figure it out on your own: Resources: Lots and Lots of Resources (You will not walk away from this training without a template for everything!) Emotional Support: Integrating a new concept into your day to day work is hard. And we are here for you. We will have access to the Meaningful Day Team for ideas and problem solving. You will have each other. The experts on providing direct service to the people we support. The Meaningful Day team has great ideas- but your co workers are bringing real life expertise to this workshop. Snacks and Prizes: It's a mandatory work shop- you might not be excited about resources and emotional support- but everyone loves snacks and prizes! This 2 hour workshop will be offered in two locations on three different days and six different times to help you identify a day and time that works for you! While it is not mandatory, The Meaningful Day Team, strongly encourages LSDPs and PMs attend the same day/time to add to the collaboration!
