When: August 6, 2023 starting @ 9:00am Where: Lakes Community High School What: 3V3 Basketball Tournament Age Divisions: 10-12, 13-15 & 16 & up Important Details: Coed teams welcome, ️IHSA patched officials, players receive a tourney t-shirt, max 5 per team; all players on each respective team must be the qualifying age within their registered age division as of August 6, 2023 Team Entry Fee: $250 Waiver: By completing registration and submitting payment, each participant in this 3V3 Basketball Tournament on August 6, 2023 at Lakes Community High School agrees to the following: I/each participant recognizes and acknowledges that there are certain risks of physical injury to participants in the sport of basketball, and agrees to assume the risk of any such injuries, damages or loss regardless of the severity of which I/my child may sustain as a result of participating in any such activities connected or associated with the Lakes Junior Eagles Boys Feeder Basketball Program. I waive and relinquish any and all claims I may have against the Lakes Junior Eagles Boys Feeder Basketball Program and its officers, agents, coaches, and assistants from any and all claims from injuries, damage or loss which I/my child may sustain from participation in the Lakes Junior Eagles Boys Feeder Basketball 3V3 Basketball Tournament. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Lakes Junior Eagles Boys Feeder Basketball Program and its directors, officers, agents, coaches and assistants from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages or losses sustained by me/my child, and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of the Lakes Junior Eagles Boys Feeder Basketball Program. By making payment, I acknowledge that I and all team members understand the waiver described in this document. Waiver made to be the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I and all team members acknowledge that I agree to this waiver under my own free will.
