Halcyon returns to GMRI for another thought-provoking performance piece based on the impacts of sea level rise here, in Portland, followed by a panel discussion with GMRI experts and local decision-makers Halcyon cultivates environmental stewardship through music and the arts. Their immersive debut performance of Rise Up! Portland will examine sea level rise impacts using images and video of current sea level rise impacts our local community is experiencing overlaid with future projections and written context.
