Join us for the 5th annual Model the Way Awards on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, to celebrate the impactful work being done by adventurous individuals, businesses, and organizations in Lloyd. Model the Way is a fun-filled evening, where we honor community partners and raise funds to continue developing creative solutions to the challenges that our urban communities face. At Model the Way, we will convene the Lloyd community and to recognize local leaders who model the way to creating a more livable neighborhood, and city, for all. Awards will recognize those amazing individuals, businesses, projects, and organizations that are actively engaged in the community and acting as leaders in equity, resilience, and climate protection at the local level. They are rolling up their sleeves and exploring new approaches to some of the most difficult issues we face in creating truly sustainable, equitable, and resilient communities. If yes, Lloyd EcoDistrict invites you to submit a nomination here! We’re currently accepting nominations until March 15, 2023. Winners will be announced at the Model the Way Awards Ceremony on April 19, 2023 and on our website, social media platforms, and throughout our network. This year, we will have two award categories: Bedrock: A dependable and solid leader in the Lloyd community whose work is purposeful, inclusive, and provides foundational support for initiatives that emphasize equity, resilience, and climate protection.Collaborator: A collaborative problem-solver with a demonstrated commitment to supporting sustainable, creative, and equitable partnerships to address the complex challenges facing the Lloyd community.Click here to nominate!
