Whether new to running, returning from an injury, hoping to remain healthy, or trying to improve your running, this series has something for you! The “Resilient Runner Series” is an 8- week workshop, where you'll have the opportunity to: Complete running-specific assessments to gain a unique understanding of your body and personal limitations.Learn how to address limitations with strength, flexibility, range of motion, mechanics, and dynamic exercises that’ll be incorporated into your personalized home exercise program. Learn from guest speakers on topics such as "Runner's Diet: Staying Fit, Healthy, and Injury-free", "Injury Prevention and your Running Programming", and "Lifting and Weight Training for Runners".
