The Summer Solstice Day Long Retreat is an immersive experience designed to help participants reconnect with themselves by tapping into their divine self through relaxation using energy, sound, movement, and nature. This workshop is led by four deeply connected women who will guide participants on a journey of healing and self-discovery. The retreat includes gourmet vegetarian meals.
Objectives:
To help participants reconnect with themselves and their true selves.
To provide a safe and nurturing space for participants to explore their inner selves.
To teach participants techniques for deep relaxation using energy, sound, movement, and nature.
To offer participants tools for self-care and self-discovery.
