Please join the Miss Carroll County Scholarship Organization in raising funds for the American Heart Association AND our scholarship fund that will be awarded to our 2024 titleholders. We will be raising funds through the sales of tickets to this amazing event which will feature LIVE performances by our very own local titleholders and special guests, a catered meal courtesy of Mission BBQ, complimentary beer and wine for our guests over the age of 21, and an evening of dancing for a GREAT cause.
