Join Resilient Soul Yoga for a 60 minute, indoor yoga class followed by an adoptable dog meet and greet at Sky Bear Brewery! This fun event is a fundraiser for Mile High Canine Rescue, and will feature current adoptable dogs being fostered in NOCO! $25 -all levels yoga class, free studio class pass and a pint of your favorite SkyBear brew! Beginners welcome! Schedule: Please arrive at 9:45am to check in and place your mat. Class from 10-11am- in their side room, before the brewery opens 11-11:30am Meet adoptable dogs and learn more about them from their loving foster families Some mats will be available, but please bring yours if you have one, along with your water bottle. (space limited to 15 mats)
