Spring is here! My March sound bath offering was all about releasing winter restorative energy and inviting in the awakening energy of spring. My April theme is a continuation of awakening spring energy as we focus on rooting and grounding ourselves. ***It is ok if you did not attend the March sound bath Please arrive 10-15 min early to settle into your space.
