5k Fun Run, Walk, Jog, Hop, Skip or Jump . Fundraising event for the Garfield County School District No. 16 Family Resource Center. Dress up as your favorite Star Wars Character. The first 100 participants to sign up will receive a T-shirt. Check in Booth and start at 251 N Parachute Avenue, Parachute CO 81635 from 4:30 - 5:00 PM day of race. Race starts at 251 N Parachute Avenue and ends at Wasson/McKay Park for the grand re-opening of the park. There will be a ribbon cutting and snowcones. Presentations by the Grand Valley Historical Society. Fee: Individual $15; Family $25; Teams/Organizations $50
